Vinda Paper (Zhejiang) Company ran trial production on Oct 15th,2008. When the 1st toilet roll was produced, the crowd started to applaud. Longyou government sent a congratulation letter, speaking highly of Vinda finishing the project ahead of time. 

Indeed, 8 months are short for building a modernized factory. The unprecedented speed in project completion cannot be achieved without the government’s support and Vinda people’s dedication.
